Sophia has helped me both times I have visited the store, so far. We talked about what I wanted and which products would fit those needs best. Sophia is very knowledgeable about water based products with silicon toys, products that heat, how to operate products, and makes sure each product works before you leave the store. Most running products need to be returned to vendors. The store has been well stocked. Will be back. Ty Sophia!
